18 March 2022 — CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
"It is always expected that every startup will go through a fair share of tests that challenge its strength, and also most business partners as they grow together, they grow apart, not because the concept vision has faded, but because for some, the initial focus has shifted", Tami Mase, the Founder & CEO of Mandrolli uttered these words with ambivalence.
Mandrolli wishes to publicly announce the stepping down of two of Mandrolli's Partners, B. Taylor and Ndileka Mandela, which was made official on 03 March 2022 and 08 March 2022 respectively. Both these now former partners have dedicated to Mandrolli their service for over a year and now feel that their presence has served the purpose and it is time for them to concentrate more on building their personal brands, ongoing businesses and to venture into different and new spaces of interest. In the same vein, we also wish to announce that Mandrolli retains & maintains its brand identity, corporate identity, intellectual property, designs and concept and that we no longer have any kind of association with B. Taylor's brands and likeness, the same as he no longer maintains any association with the Mandrolli brand on the Media and on all his Social Media accounts. B. Taylor has also declared that he will also no longer be officially associated with the Mandrolli USA Company he registered in the US, together with its associated Bank account. Mandrolli wishes them well in their journey.
The Mandrolli brand name is inspired by the father of the African Continent, the iconic global leader, tata Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, and the legacy he had built for the African Child in Africa and her Diaspora, hence Mandrolli was conceived with this backdrop in mind and will continue to uphold such legacy through our brand. Being inspired by such a great name means protecting his Legacy in all our dealings as we continue to preserve its reputation throughout all generations. The responsibility that comes with such commitment requires that as a brand, we continue seeking ways that will transform and liberate Afrika from any chains that might be holding it down, including the introduction of new technologies of harvesting Green Energy, beneficiating our resources, industrialising Africa, skilling our people, transforming our various industries, trade, financial, economic & digital platforms.

Mandrolli Auto, South Africa’s Newest Black women-owned EV maker, secures a $9 billion investment from The African Diaspora Central Bank.

29 July 2021 — CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
When Motown sings “Aint No Mountain High Enough…..”, they definitely were talking about the Founder of Mandrolli Automobile, Tami Mase. The African Diaspora Central Bank has committed to invest $9 billion in Mandrolli, a solar and battery-powered electric vehicle (EV) startup based in Cape Town, South Africa, which makes Mandrolli the first in the EV space to raise investment for the entire full production in one round. This move will propel Mandrolli into the mix among new EV companies headed to the automotive market. “What is clear going forward is that industrialization will be the driving force behind Africa’s continental free trade area, and certainly one of the greatest industries to participate in, is of course the automotive industry. That is why our dedicated financial Institution, the African Diaspora Central Bank and ECO-6 are very honored to acknowledge our investment, commitment, and participation with the development of Mandrolli South Africa’s future leading carbon emissions free automotive manufacturing. We are excited to support the team Mandrolli, with the distribution chain that goes across not only through Continental Africa, but in the Americas and in Europe. ”, says H.R.H Chief Timothy McPherson, Chairman and Bank President.
Mandrolli was birthed in Nelson Mandela’s home Province, the Eastern Cape, in which the Honorable Premier Oscar Mabuyane has agreed to support this to the fullest. This is also historical because Mandrolli is founded by an African black woman, Ms. Tami Mase, the CEO and a visionary behind the Mandrolli innovation. “It is extremely thrilling to see this dream unfolding. Mandrolli has become more than just an automotive innovation, but a golden bridge that unites Continental Africa and her Diaspora. The investment Mandrolli received from the African Diaspora Central Bank instantly activates a unified approach to the Continent’s Free Trade and gives Mandrolli the opportunity to industrialize and empower the African Economy.” Tami said excitedly. “More than anything else, I am looking forward to working with Africa and for Africa, starting with our anticipated operations in Malawi, South Africa and America.
